How often should a caravan air conditioner be serviced?
At least once a year, and always before a big trip. If your van lives in the tropics or spends long periods parked up, twice a year is better — humidity and salt air are brutal on rooftop units.
Can you service my caravan at my location or park?
Yes. We come to you across Mission Beach, Tully, Innisfail, Kurrimine Beach, Cardwell and surrounding areas — home, storage yard, or the caravan park you're pulled up at. Just let us know the site and we'll sort access.
What brands do you service?
All major caravan aircon brands including Dometic, Houghton Belaire, Truma, Aircommand, Gree and Ibis. Whatever's on the roof, we can service, clean and repair it.
How long does a caravan aircon service take?
A standard rooftop service and clean takes around 60–90 minutes on site. A full hygiene clean or a repair may take longer — we'll give you an honest time estimate when we arrive.
Do you sell caravan air conditioners as well as install them?
Yes. You can buy a rooftop air conditioner supply only through our caravan products range, or choose a professionally installed replacement package.
Are you a Truma Partner?
Yes. ACcleanQLD is a qualified Truma Partner. Truma rooftop units carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty plus an additional 3-year parts warranty when supplied and professionally installed by us, subject to Truma warranty conditions.
