Commercial services

• Commercial air conditioning cleaning. Deep cleaning of split systems, multi-head systems, room/box (RAC) units and ceiling cassettes — barrels, coils, drain lines, filters and housings.
• Servicing & maintenance. Operational checks, drainage clearing, filter servicing and reporting on the condition of each unit at the time of the visit.
• Multi-property servicing. Multiple buildings or addresses under a single account, each as its own service location with its own records and job history.
• Planned maintenance. Cleaning cycles set in advance — commonly 6 or 12 monthly — including pre-wet-season cleans booked before the humidity arrives.
• Installation & replacement. Supply and installation of new units and replacement of units past cleaning or repair, quoted in writing before any work is booked.
• Caravan & fleet units. Rooftop caravan and RV air conditioning servicing for parks and operators with units in their care.

Records & reporting capabilities

• Asset registers. Air conditioners listed per site and per room, with type, brand, approximate capacity and the condition found.
• Per-unit service history. Every visit recorded against the individual unit, so a recurring problem shows as a pattern instead of a surprise.
• Planned maintenance schedules. Service cycles held per site so routine cleans are scheduled rather than remembered.
• Defect & recommendation reporting. Faults, drainage issues, damaged components and safety concerns written up with a clear recommendation — clean again, repair, or plan a replacement.
• Organisation-level service reports. A roll-up across all your sites showing what was serviced, what was found and what we recommend next, in plain English.
• ARC licensed work. ARC Licensed – Lic. L194280. Owner-operated, local, and working across the Cassowary Coast every week.
