Who we help

Education facilities across the Cassowary Coast

State & private schools

Classroom splits, staff rooms, libraries, admin blocks and hall cassettes — planned across every building on the campus rather than one room at a time.

Kindergartens & childcare centres

Sleep rooms, play rooms and offices cleaned with hygiene as the focus, with a written record per unit you can keep on your own files.

Training & education facilities

Training rooms, computer labs and meeting spaces serviced around your timetable so sessions aren't interrupted.

What planned maintenance covers

Planned servicing across every building

Asset register for every unit

Each air conditioner listed by building and room, with type, brand, approximate capacity and the condition we found it in. One document covering the whole site.

Per-unit service history

Every visit is recorded against the individual unit, so a problem room shows up as a pattern instead of a surprise.

Defect & recommendation reporting

Faults, drainage issues, damaged grilles, failing fan motors and safety concerns are written up with a clear recommendation — clean again, repair, or plan a replacement.

Maintenance scheduling

A 6- or 12-monthly cycle set around term dates, with pre-wet-season cleans booked in advance so they aren't left until the humidity hits.

Minimal disruption to classes

Most work is done during school holidays, pupil-free days, after hours or room by room while that space is unused. We agree access before we start.

Local servicing across our area

Mission Beach, Tully, Innisfail, Kurrimine Beach, Cardwell, El Arish, Silkwood and surrounding Cassowary Coast communities.

How it works

From walk-through to service report

1. Site walk-through

We walk the grounds with you or your facilities contact, look at every unit across each building, and note access constraints.

2. Asset register & written quote

You get the full unit list and a written quote per site before anything is booked. No guesswork about what's included.

3. Scheduled around the calendar

We lock in servicing windows that suit term dates, holidays and pupil-free days.

4. Service report per visit

After each visit, administrators and facilities staff get a report showing what was done per unit, defects found and what we recommend next.

Reports & records

Clear reporting for administrators and facilities staff

  • Plain-English summary any administrator can read
  • Per-unit detail for facilities and maintenance staff
  • Defects listed with a clear priority
  • Kept as history so budget planning is based on records

FAQ

School air conditioning maintenance questions

Can you service air conditioners across several school buildings in one arrangement?
Yes. We plan the work building by building under one schedule and one point of contact, with a combined asset register and a report covering every unit serviced.
Will the work disrupt classes?
We schedule around access. Most school work is done during holidays, on pupil-free days, after hours, or room by room while that space is unused. We agree the windows with you before we start.
Do you keep a record of each individual air conditioner?
Yes. Each unit is listed by building and room in an asset register, and every service visit is recorded against that unit, so you can see its history rather than relying on memory.
How often should school air conditioners be cleaned in Far North Queensland?
In our climate we generally recommend a full clean every 6 months for high-use classrooms and at least annually for lighter-use rooms, plus a mould-prevention clean before the wet season.
What do the reports include for administrators?
A summary of the visit, the units serviced, the work carried out on each, any defects or safety concerns found, and our recommendations — clean again, repair, or plan a replacement.
Which areas do you cover for schools and childcare centres?
Mission Beach, Tully, Innisfail, Kurrimine Beach, Cardwell, El Arish, Silkwood and surrounding Cassowary Coast communities.
How is school maintenance priced?
Per site, after the walk-through, based on the number and type of units and the access required. You get a written quote before anything is booked.
