ACcleanQLD ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our booking system, how we use it, and how you can contact us about it. This policy is written to meet the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988.

What we collect

When you make a booking, request a quote, or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and service address. When a job is completed, our staff may record notes about the work performed (for example, the type of unit serviced and any recommendations) and before/after photos, so we can maintain an accurate service history for your property. This booking and service-history data is stored in our online booking system.

When you browse this website, Google Analytics (loaded via Google Tag Manager) automatically collects standard website usage information, such as pages viewed and general location at a city level. We do not use this information to identify you personally.

How we use it

We use your information to schedule and carry out bookings, send booking confirmations, keep a service history for your property, and send reminder emails when your annual air conditioning service is due. We use website analytics only to understand how our site is used and to improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers who help us run our business (our booking and scheduling system, and our email provider, used only to send booking confirmations and service reminders on our behalf).

Annual service reminders

If you've had a service with us, we may email you roughly once a year to let you know your air conditioning is due for another clean. Every reminder email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time and we'll stop reminder emails to that address immediately — this won't affect booking confirmations for services you've already requested.

How we store and protect your information

Your information is stored securely with our booking and database provider, which uses industry-standard security practices. We keep service history for as long as you remain a customer, so we can maintain an accurate record of your property's air conditioning units. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to any records we're legally required to keep (for example, for tax purposes).

Your rights
